Shopping in a little coastal town of Encinitas, Calif. This Christmas decor was so vibrant in person, I hope this pictures do it justice. I really wanted EVERYThing! The upside down tree was fabulous!

Red is such a warm and inviting color, this look makes me think of a great Bachelor Pad for James Bond! Masculine but not over powering. 
Gold can't help but be elegant! A great way to dress up that drab entry or living room. Be sure to add a pop of color as well, such as red or blue. 
Soft Blues with Chocolate are a hot color trend in Decor! So many options to choice from. It's a soft and inviting color combination. This is my personal favorite!!!! 
So Here's the story. My Father made this calendar holder for me about 13 years ago and I loved it. But, as the years passed I tired of it. My Father passed away a few years after he had made this so I have hung onto it in the back of my closet. I've been looking for a chalk board for my new kitchen, and going thru my old things I ran a crossed the calendar holder and thought this is my new chalk board! The backing on the holder is a smooth surface so i painted it with chalk board paint. I just Love it, and the sentimental value. 
As you can see we live at the beach! We ride our bikes passed the Top Gun house and I thought it might be fun for everyone to see what's happening! The House's current location is the spot for a new hotel! I know, I know! A lot of controversy has surrounded this decision. The house is in the process of moving down a few blocks at the cost of $300,000., So it looks as if it will be saved! Good News. Hope you enjoy the history lesson.

This is my cuckoo, I haven't hung it up for the last 5 years simply because the wood doesn't really match my decor. I really want to paint it all white similar to the clock above. Is this crazy? Help!!!
