Yellow is such a Happy Color! I'm sure that's why it is the it color for 2009.
Of course polka dots and stripes are always in style.

I love yellow!! ONCE I made the mistake of painting my VERY small laundry room an AWEFUL BLINDING (looked pretty on the paint chip, LOL)yellow. My family won't let me live it down, LOL.

I'm not really a fan of yellow, but I do like these pictures that you've posted, especially the bedroom. The hots of yellow look great against the black & white.

I would paint every room a different shade of yellow if I could. It is the base of our home. I think yellow is so warm and inviting and a perfect partner to most color schemes. :)

Amen to that Cathleen! However, you'll have to make a flying visit Down Under to convince MOTH. Very early on in our relationship MOTH banned yellow in any form from our house - he had a bad experience with that other wife & her 'liberal' use of yellow, so he's been scarred for life! When should we expect you?

Super ,very beautyful !I like the yellow color ,this is my color according to zodiac .
I like the look of they yellow, but I seldom use it in my home. I shy away from it for some reason. I do love that yellow chair though! And I love Ikea too!
